A: We offer trade discounts for orders that have multiple items such as a door, two windows and roof lantern. If you require multiple items, be sure to let us know above so that we can offer our most competitive price.

A: This varies depending on the product. Here is a guide:

- Aluminium Doors and Windows: 4 Weeks
- PVC Doors and Windows: 2 Weeks
- Roof Lanterns/Flat Roofs: 2 Weeks
