Up to 5 front-facing windows are included free with your Vanguard order.
Is there a minimum order value to qualify?
No. Order The Vanguard at any spec and the offer applies — there's no hidden minimum spend.
When does the offer end?
1st June 2026. Your order (deposit paid) needs to be placed before this date to qualify.

From £5,000 to £8,000 including VAT. The final price depends on size, colour, and any optional extras.

The Free Windows
What style of windows do I get?
Your choice of casement or flush — both are A-rated, security-tested slimline uPVC profiles.
Are the windows double or triple glazed?
The free windows are double glazed. The Vanguard door itself is triple glazed.
Are trickle vents, Georgian bars, or obscure glass included?
Yes — all included free of charge if you'd like them. Just let your surveyor know which rooms need what.
Are cills, lintels, and trims included?
Yes. Everything needed to install the windows properly is included — no surprise add-ons on the final invoice.
What if my windows are an unusual size?
Not a problem. Every window is made to order, sized specifically for your home, so non-standard apertures don't change the price.
Installation
Will my door and windows be fitted on the same day?
Yes — everything is installed in a single day. One visit, no disruption stretched over weeks.
Do you remove and dispose of my old door and windows?
Yes, included. You don't need to arrange anything.
Which areas do you cover?
East Midlands only. If you're outside the region, this offer unfortunately isn't available.
Is the installation fully managed?
Yes. We handle everything end-to-end — survey, manufacture, delivery, fit, and clean-up. One team, one point of contact.
Payment & Finance
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes — all prices include VAT. No nasty surprises at the end.
What deposit do I need to pay?
50% deposit to confirm your order, 50% on installation day.
Is there a discount for paying in full upfront?
Yes — save 5% when you pay the full balance upfront instead of splitting it across deposit and completion.
Is finance available?
Yes. Pay a 25% deposit and spread the balance over 2 to 10 years at 12% APR. Subject to status.
Warranty & Guarantees
What's the warranty on the door?
12 years on The Vanguard door.
What's the warranty on the windows?
10 years on all windows.
What if there's an issue with the installation itself?
Every install is covered by our 5-Year Home Build Doors Fitting Guarantee — if anything snags within 5 years of installation, we'll come back and put it right free of charge.

Is there a cooling-off period after I order?
Because everything is made specifically for your home, manufacturing begins the moment your deposit clears. For that reason, we're unable to offer a cooling-off period once your order is placed. Your surveyor will walk you through every detail before you commit, so you can order with full confidence.
